Terms of Service

“Service” refers to the cryptocurrency exchange payback comparison and settlement service we provide.

“User” means anyone who agrees to these Terms and uses our Service.

“Payback” means the portion of affiliate commissions we refund to users who signed up to exchanges via our affiliate links.

By signing up you agree to these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance on the site or by email.

We provide exchange payback comparison, a payback calculator, affiliate signup links, exchange UID registration, payback settlement, and withdrawals.

Exchange fee and payback information reflects publicly available data and may change without notice when exchanges revise their policies.

You may register via email or supported OAuth providers.

You may delete your account at any time. Any unwithdrawn payback balance is forfeited upon deletion.

You must register only your own exchange UID and not impersonate others.

You must comply with the affiliate policies of each exchange. Wash trading or other abusive practices to inflate payback are prohibited.

Violations may result in forfeited payback or account suspension.

Payback is calculated after we receive settlement from each exchange. Timing depends on each exchange’s settlement schedule.

Withdrawals are paid in USDT (TRC20/ERC20/BSC/Polygon). Network fees are deducted from the user.

Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 1–3 business days. We may request additional verification if abuse is suspected.

We are not responsible for losses caused by exchange policy changes, exchange downtime, or other actions of the exchanges themselves.

We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure events.

Losses caused by user-supplied invalid withdrawal addresses are not refundable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Seoul Central District Court has exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes.
