Withdrawals: withdrawal amount, network, destination blockchain address

Account data: until account deletion. Some records are retained longer where required by law.

Korean e-commerce records: 5 years (payment), 3 years (consumer complaints) per the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.

Connection logs: 3 months per the Communications Privacy Act.

We do not share your personal data with third parties beyond what is stated in this policy, except where legally required.

You may access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data at any time.

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes (Argon2/bcrypt).

All traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.2+.

Admin access is restricted to a minimal staff list; all admin actions are recorded in an audit log.

Database backups are taken on a regular schedule.
